i don't know. 75 is hot. Our high temp last friday was 38, and then it was 50 the following day and 50 actually felt warm. And if it is 90 everyday, then 75 feels cool. I guess it is what the body is used to. I actually go outside in a t shirt and shorts at 50 degrees if it has been in the 30's for a few days in a row.

Your body continually produces heat and you must get rid of it. Heat always must flow from a high temperature to a lower one, and the bigger the difference the faster it flows. When it's 75 outside, heat flows pretty fast (98 to 75) but maybe that's not fast enough for your metabolism. If It were 98 degrees outside, no heat could leave your body (except for perspiration) and you would feel very hot.

like they say it is the humidity that makes you hot ...
well and a few other reasons...but i will not go into that now..
so if you are in a humid area and even though it is only 75 your body is working to cool itself off , creating you to feel HOT...
bet you are..
see what I mean..
OK

smile
good luck

Human produce their own heat, which has to be evacuated out. If the temperature outside is high, that heat loss does not happen fast enough, and you feel uncomfortable.
