I am interested in bring forth a class action suit against the State of Ohio Child Support Division for improper payment processing. Please leave your response.

i beleive you can request (in writing) an audit of said account...in all states. make sure you keep your stubs/proof of payments, always.

I am owed 40000 dollars in back support. for years the dad lived in south Carolina and I live in ohio. I would call child support every so often to see if there were any updates. ohio kept telling me they couldn't find him or he wasn't working. 10 years later a case worker for ohio told me south Carolina closed the case in 2003. for ten years ohio had been stringing me along! no one seemed to be doing their job!!! im still waiting

Child Support doesn't do anything for me. I'm owed some money, but they won't go after it.
