For xmas..I really don't have much $ to spend this yr...&& so, I was thinking of writing for all of my friends...However, there's my best guy friend who has done sOooooo much for me in the past year...that I'm not sure if this will be enough...Can you tell me if you think he'll like this and will accept this as a precious gift? Any comments are welcome...I need it to be worthy enough to show him how muchhh I love him and appreciate him..

There’s a flame that burns everyday. Day in and day out. A flame that started to brighten my life up. Always there whether I like it or not. Keeping me company. Keeping my world and life lit, dim at the least, when everything starts to darken.
He's my light. Always burning with all his strength. Keeping everything together...always giving me hope. A candle of ambition. Always encouraging me. Leading me on the right path. Telling me what's right from wrong. Like a second parent. Holding me together. Keeping me from shattering into irreplaceable pieces.
He puts me before himself. Puts all his thinking and flame to my problems when I need help. Making sure he's always there for me when I need him. Making me smile and making me laugh when all the rest say they give up. Doing the unexpected. Doing the impossible. Doing things that I'd never expect him to do.

Living through all the wind and storms he goes through himself. Living through all of it and then listening to the storms and winds that blow me away. Keeping its strength for him and keeping some for me. Still burning even if all my tears and rain fall upon the flame. The flame he is. The flame that could be blown away by the slightest bit of wind, storm, or rain. The flame he beholds in his hands. Keeping his flame alive for me.

Once again...THANKS! =]

As a "GRAMMY", there is nothing better than a gift with thought and heart in it, through the years, those are the gifts that are easily remembered in my thoughts and heart

I think your friends will appreciate that you make something for them instead of buying something. That's what I'm doing this year, because I'm flat broke =P Merry Christmas!
