Good paying according to what standards. According to US standards - they don't exist
Unless you have some hi-tech exotic degree ... you can probably teach English for $6-8 an hour parttime
You couldn't live in the US on what a doctor makes in Mexico

I presume you mean bilingual. If you are bilinqual and have a college education in science or technology you may find a good paying job in one of those areas. If you speak English only...forget it.

Maybe it 's a good idea to be a tourist guide ,if you like to travel and be with other people(usually they are on good mood, because they are on vacation, and also you get salary and tips.Sometimes, the better you serve people, the more generous they are But not always.
Another option would be , being a translator in a court of justice, or hospital.

THEY ARE MANY BUISSNES IN MEXICO THAT NEED ENGLISH SPEAKING MEXICANS AND I AM TALKING ABOUT HIGH MAKING COMPANIES. BEER COMPANIES, ELECTRONICS IS THE ONE MOST IN NEED. THEY NEED PEEPS LIKE YOU AND MAKE REALLY GOOD MONEY.
TOURIST, COURTS, HOSPITALS NEED YOU AND MAKE GOOD MONEY, BUT THE BIG GUYS NEED YOU THE MOST.
LOTS OF LUCK.

It all depends on your profession...
And please, do you really think than a regional director of Ford Motors in Mexico won't get a similar salary on a regional director in the US...?
