Yes, I did.

My date cancelled at the last minute. I was upset so I hooked up with the hottest single girl there. I did her behind the stage where the band was playing. I did her in the back seat of her car in the parking garage. I did her at the park and ride where I left my car. I did her at my house the next day.

Then I told my girlfriend that she doesn't have to attend work functions with me any longer, and told her all that I had done since she last called.

Then I had fun finding my next new girl friend.

I have always been in a relationship, so no. But, I know coworkers who have and it has been exciting for them. They'll show up without planning on hooking up with anyone, next thing they'll be talking to their boss, or the supervisor of a certain department, or simply our UPS guy who was also invited to the party. Next morning, I knocked at their hotel room, one coworker after the other, and found out they had a guest in there (boss, supervisor and UPS). The next working day, they all pretended nothing happened. I find it funny! This is what I witnessed at my Christmas party last year.

I arrived at our office party last year totally frozen because it was sleeting outside and I had to walk 2 or 3 minutes from my car. When I got inside the restaurant, the lovely mahogany bar beckoned me, so I ordered a drink, shed my coat and worked my way further into the building. The place was packed with hungry people - and I saw a gorgeous, dark headed guy, casually leaning against a wall, nursing a glass of wine. He caught my eye. I smiled at him in a suggestive way, and he motioned me over. My eyes never left his face as I drew nearer and nearer. When I stood in front of him, he pulled me close, so close that I could smell his aftershave and for a second his cheek touched mine. With his warm breath teasing my ear, he whispered, "Are we sitting with anyone I know?" I winked at him and nodded.

We found a table with vacancy, and when we sat down, his leg brushed against mine - it sent rivers of shivers down my spine. During the entire meal, he alone had 100% of my attention - we laughed, ate, drank, and talked about everything from what style of house we liked to where our favorite vacation spot was.

The meal was fantastic, and as the party broke up, he followed me to the coat check and helped me shrug it on. As we walked to my car he gently kissed me and suggested that we leave my car and come back for it later. We went to his place and had a wonderful time all night long.

The next morning we awoke early, showered together, dressed....and then rushed out the door because we had to pick our son up at his friend's house by 10 a.m.!

My hubby is my one and only 'hook up' and has been for almost 15 years! Hope you enjoyed this true tale -

Merry Christmas!!!

Yes, and got away with animosity. These affairs are very cheerfull, and very wild. During one particular party, I was a Santa Clause. (By the way this company holds nothing back, even insists that everyone be chauferred home.) So eat drink and be very merry. I was granting wishes while you sat on my lap. But one unsuspecting drunken vixen noticed that my lap had grown another knee while she squirmed around. And to ensure Santa did not forget her, she felt obligated to slather my raindeer with joyouse warm glazing. I never took the beard off, even when I finally bent her over.

No and I never will. I want to be respected and it just isn't worth it. It's a helluva lot easier to keep your reputation clean than to ruin it and then worry about cleaning it up.

No, I don't even want to go to the Christmas party. I don't even want to see those people at work much less spend additional time with them. :)
