Some early signs of pregnancy are:
- Implantation bleeding (a little bit of bleeding about a week after conception; could be mistaken for a period)
- missed period
- swollen and/or tender breasts
- fatigue/tiredness
- nausea/morning sickness
- backaches
- headaches
- frequent urination
- darkening of areolas
- food cravings
Of course, the best way to tell if you are pregnant is with a pregnancy test. If you keep getting a negative result, but aren't getting your period, there could be a different explanation. I frequently miss periods because of a medical condition, but missed periods can also be caused by weight loss/gain, stress, or other medical factors. If you still haven't gotten your period and you have taken multiple pregnancy tests, you should go to your doctor to get checked out.

Pregnancy symptoms are so varied from person to person that there really is no way to tell other than to take a test at the proper time.
Your symptoms could be linked to any number of other conditions though, some potentially serious. So get yourself to your GP and get checked out. Apart from anything else the stress will make you feel worse and can be a leading factor in missing periods.
Go to the doctor!

When I was pregnant with Jack, I knew after about 6 weeks. The first test I took (I was actulally 3 weeks at that point) was negative, so I hadn't thought about it since. But one morning, I woke up and just about died from nausea. Then, it happened every morning. Then it lasted all day. Riding in the car was a nightmare. Breathing was a pain. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't even smell taco meat without losing it.
Sorry about the graphics. I hope that helps.

early symptoms of pregnancy can include feeling some nausea regardless if it is morning time or not, fatigue, emotional, tender breasts and some women experience a pain in the lower ab area. keep in mind that you can have spotting or a light short period and still be pregnant. take a test if you are unsure.

Symptoms are so varied from person to person, we can't tell you what your symptoms are.
For example, all I had were tender breasts, and a funny little not-normal period the first month. Others get morning sickness, other things.
If you are concerned, your doctor is the best one to tell you.

The home pregnancy tests are so sophisticated now that it will detect pregnancy 24 hours after you've missed your period. Buy a generic brand and save your money, just in case.....
