Download the song off of Limewire. (Hopefully a legal song)

Then:

In Itunes, click on File, and then proceed to click on Import. Find where you put the song on your computer, and then open it. It will appear in your library. Then you can sync your iPod and it will be playable on your iPod.

All you have to do is open both Limewire and itunes. Put them both on the screen, one above the other. Click on the song in limewire once. Then click and hold and drag it from Limewire into Itunes.

Get your music from Limewire. Make sure you remember the name of your music directory though. Then go to iTUNES, then file, then add folder to library then navigate to your Limewire folder, select it and click o.k.
If the files you have downloaded are protected iTUNES won't play them though.
good luck to you.
