how old is it? if its about a year old its easy to tell male from female. if male where the two hind legs meat near the vent there should be a series of pores with alittle waxy looking bumps coming from them. also because male retiles like lizards have 2 penises they usually have 2 large bumps after their vent on either sides just before the tail. in case of a female they dont have any of the thinks the male has and the pores between the hind legs are les notice able with no bulges.
