They do we just don't see it cos who really wants to see someone on the toliet....I shouldn't have asked that should I? The way televison programmes are going it wouldn't surprise me if it was a ratings winner watching people relieve themselves in High definition.

I'm fairly certain you get to see a toilet in Next Generation (it slides out of the wall) and in Voyager too (they had baths onboard Voyager as well as sonic showers, which didn't make much sense). As for not seeing characters ON the toilet, well it wouldn't be dramatic, would it? Depending on what they ate, I suppose.

The food in the future is engineered not to create waste because prolonged space travel effects the organs.

They do - they just go during the commercials like the rest of us.
Although since the doors are all automatic they must do a lot of whistling in there.

cause in the future we will evolve and will no longer need a bladder. Either that or spock laid a nasty load and no one else can cope with the stench!

Have you saw their uniforms!!! they would need an hour toilet break just to get them off.
I think they have plastic incontinence pants that they empty every night

They do, you just can't see it running down the inside of their suits.
Or them emptying their boots when they go to bed.
Gotta go, being swamped by Shatner jokes...

cute question.
seriously, we can assume that all normal body processes continue to take place in the future.
we just prefer not to see, hear, discuss, etc. so it is not shown.
