or that the diagnosis is the governments way of oppressing highly creative and intelligent people who just might have the gift of insight as to what is making this society so messed up? The unwitting health care proffesionals are trained to make people believe that they are sick so they can go on medication which turns off their creatiive thinking processes and makes them complient and line politicians pockets with money from the pharmaceutical (Can't spell it)
companies. Yes, maybe this sounds like paranoia but that is all part of the brilliance of their deceit. Just a theory...Do you think it's a possibility?

You think I have slight paranoia, man you ain't seen nothing yet and by the way I too have bi-polar and went off my meds and am finding one by one all the conspiracies are true by doing research..I haven't done anything crAZY FOR YEARS.
I FOUND HOW TO GET PAST ALL OF THAT i THINK AND JUST RIDE MY BRAIN WAVES AND DO RESEARCH. i AM FINDING OUT THAT FOR ME THERE WAS NO PSYCHOSIS. ALL OF THE WIERD THINGS IN MY HEAD WERE FORMULAS AND THEORIES ALREADY PROVEN TO EXIST. i THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD BECAUSE NOBODY ELSE i KNEW THOUGHT LIKE ME. wE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS AND NEED TO LEARN TO GET PAST THE OPPRESSION FROM OUR PAST AND GET OUT FROM UNDER THE STIGMA OF OUR DIAGNOSIS.

Yes, I do think that bipolar disorder exists. And, I do also agree that the government don't want too many creative and thoughful people in society as well. And, one of the worst things to happen to our society and health care is that we have allowed the drug companies to control our health care system. To me, drug companies are nothing more than chemical companies who are allowed to sell their chemicals to us as medicine. (And, the doctors have become the worst drug pushers of today.......) And of course, they (the drug companies) have made their way into bed with the food industry as well. We are being exposed to way too many chemicals, and using way too many chemicals in our foods, in medicine, and our envirnoment. It was never meant for the human body (or for animals) to be exposed to so many chemicals. I have read that the average baby is born today with over 277 different chemicals in its body, which apparently comes from its mother. And, as soon as the baby is born it is exposed to even more chemicals. If we don't know it already, there are only two causes of diseases, Toxins (most chemicals are toxic) and Parasites. Back to bipolar disorder, I believe that this disorder is simply caused by parasite(s) and toxins that interact in the body, in this case in the brain. I have got my information from Dr. Hulda R. Clark, Ph.D., N.D. and her book, "The Cure For All Diseases." (See the links below.) And, there is mounting evdience that there is a progress going on of "the dumbing down of America" by exposing the public to more and more chemicals and toxins in this country, by the addition of toxins and perservatives to the processing of more and more of our foods. (You can do a search on Dr. Mercola's site that is linked below as well, to find out more information on how this is taking place.) And, some very bright and educated people are saying this as well. So, I am in agreement with your theories.......And, has anyone noticed that more and more of us are getting sick at a younger age, and that there is a rise in the incidence of mental illnesses like bipolar disorder and autism? The good news is that these things can be cured if one is willing go do some research and find out the truth, and stop exposing themselves to so many different chemicals and toxins. And, since parasites have been with mankind since time began (and every living thing has it own parasites) we have to re-learn how to kill off our parasites on a regular basis, by doing internal cleansing and other methods that Dr. Clark discusses in her book, above.

Of course it's possible, but I don't believe it's a government conspiracy for one minute. I have a good friend in San Antonio who is bi-polar, and I have seen what she is like when she doesn't take her medication. When she's "up" she's usually out of control, and when she's "down" she'll just stay in bed for days without eating or showering -- only time she gets up is to use the bathroom or get a drink of water. Now I ask you: Would YOU want your life to be like that? When my friend takes her medication she can get out of bed every day and function like the other 99% of the population, and her emotions are on a much more even keel. No question in my mind that bi-polar disorder is real and the medication they use to treat it works.

P.S.: I have to wonder why you went so far as to think that this was some kind of government conspiracy...see, I have a theory that all these people who put out these government conspiracy theories are brainwashed by liberal college professors and the mainstream liberal media to mistrust the government and everything about it, and they are conditioned to believe that only creative, intelligent, open-minded people can see the true nature of government corruption and oppression. Do you think THAT is a possibility?

I used to always wonder if this was true also but I've come to find that medicines and such are really meant to help you and that your brain is such a complex thing that some things can't be worked out by just "talking about it". Remember not all brain diseases are obvious like Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. In fact most aren't. I believe that we can't generalize and say that all prescriptions are evil and we can't say that all are correct and good. You really need to spend some time with each case. For example ADD may just be a child who doesn't fit in school well because they don't relate to a school type setting. Bipolar may just be some angry dude. But if you look in each ones brain there are different, improper, chemicals being produced. But in conclusion to a long and pointless paragraph, yes, I do believe that bipolar exists. Because if it just was about the money they'd be giving us all sugar pills.

As a previously diagnosed bi-polar, I have since learned that the root of the problem is far deeper than the initial diagnosis. It turns out that I'm not bi-polar but obsessive compulsive. IT is ver y difficult to diagnose psychological maladies, when the doctors are not around you 24/7. It could also signify a dangerous depressive state.

A possibility? Yes. Only problem is when you consider people like this chick I know who actually does have those crazy issues. Bipolar I mean. Violent and mean for little or no reason at all, but nice 2 seconds ago. Yea some people are coming up off the suffering of others but it's like we have to put up with the evil to provide a possibility of good, and that sucks. But really, would you do your job for free? and if you would, would you feed the person who does his job for free if it wasn't the doctor that just saved your life? (you think some wouldn't even if it was)

I have often thought that I'm not really bipolar nor really paranoid and that this is all a conspiracy to get me to forget my highly creative views of government and the universe... Maybe I should go off my meds again and start an intellectual revolution!

Although.. last time I went off my meds I did try to make it hard for friends, family, and everyone else to find me, and I tried to go camping in a foreign country without any luggage; I quit my job and spent all of my money, decided I wouldn't tell my husband where I was either and didn't contact any of my doctors... the thoughts I was having were amazingly exciting! No one night stands this time though... too bad.. maybe I can strive for that next time. Hmmmm.... but were those really my thoughts or were they programming my thoughts by sending brain waves into my head? oooooooo..... I think I'd better get to the bottom of this....

You stop taking your medicine... I'll stop taking mine... contact me at: pecan@crazykillers.com and let's plan our research ...

I agree with you... and it is possible... i personally never thought of the medicine like that... but since you have said that.. it does make sense. Well in my opinion... I have always thought that bipolar is a way to catogorize individuals that have mood swings.. lol And not knowing how to deal with it like "NORMAL PEOPLE".

They say when a person experiences at least one episode of mania alternating with episodes of depression. BUT psychological explanations of bipolar disorder have not been supported. Soooo they believe that it is from genetic or other biological abnormalities. Soooo safe to say... just about everyone in this world as had atleast one episode of mood swings... and that means we are all biopolar... right?

My aunt has a foster home of 15 kids... every single one of them are on medicine for bipolar... Why? Cause of what they have been through enough to make them mad. Sooooo lets drug them!! They dont know the difference...

About the medicine... Before I started taking this anti depression medicine.. i used to be sooo smart... and quick to know book stuff... now I feel like a walking zombie at times.... cant think or act like me.. i completely act the opposite of what i used to act like.

There is something specific for each of those things, but theres alot of people pretending to have the condition, for example, if your feeling down, thats not mental deppression, but It becomes mental deppression once you start 1. Feeling down for no reason AND 2. Disvaluing yourself to the extent that you no longer have control over your actions (people with REAL deppression HAVE to be always watched because of this), but ofcourse theres alot of other symptoms that come with those two that may or may not be present,

A bit of a conspiracy theorist are you? No worries, sometimes I catch myself thinking that way. Yes, bi-polar disorder does in fact exist.
