Steven Spielberg because of his versatility. He can create a movie to reflect every medium like Horror ("Poltergeist"), Sci-Fi ("E.T"), comedy ("1941") and Drama ("Schindler's List") to name a few. All his movies have been great inspirations like Shakespeare and his plays.
