I've heard rumors that if a girl has sex for the first time, usually it's not so much fun the first few times, but I have also heard that if a girl waits at least a year without sex, her vagina goes back to it's virgin size. Is this true?

Not true. A woman's vagina returns to it's original size soon after having sex.
A woman's hymen does not return after it is broken.
A woman's vagina can become larger after childbirth. There are exercises called "Kegle Exercises" that a woman can do to firm up and shape up her vagina.
