strangely the iron is always the last one people remember.
Oh and don't pick on my spelling (you know who you are) it's only because i didn't use my spell check, mr prim & proper! ;-)

the version i used to play when i was kid are.....a top hat a scotty dog a racing car a boat a boot and of course the iron.....but apparently there has been different versions over the years with differet pieces the original was by waddington games with the picture of a man in a top hat on the box even the houses and hotels were made out of wood showing my age now...lol

There are so many versions of monopoly anymore that you can spout off any general item and it would work. But the classics are the wheelbarrow, dog, thimble, car, tophat, iron, boot/shoe, and rockinghorse.
