Generally cooler, since there is more freedom for air to move around, and more surface area (metal casing) for heat to dissapate.

Bigger case = more room for air, more air means more flow and cooled.

Bigger = Cooler

In general... cooler, but a bigger case usually means more add-ons, more memory, bigger vid card, etc... so then, not so much.

it doesn't matter the size of the case it matters how many vents and fans you have to keep the computer cooler.
