I found two related definitions of a 'drayman'. 1. The driver of a dray (horse drawn delivery wagon). 2. Brewery driver. Just think of the Budweiser Clydesdales and you get the idea of both.

I hardly think that the first definition applies to Mobile or any large city. However, try horse and carriage rentals, wedding/event planners, and historical farms (you know, the kind of place you can see how farms worked in the 19th or early 20th centuries). The zoo is giving hay rides. (see below).

For the second, look for liquor and/or beer distributors in the Mobile area.
