Those really aren't good choices because doing one without the other is almost pointless. Eating healthy should be your primary goal. (Find a sound diet program, like Weight Watchers, for example.) But when you eat healthy, you often lose weight anyway and then you will FEEL more like exercising. So start out eating healthy, but don't eliminate the option of exercising. And exercise can be as simple as a 20-minute walk in the beginning. You don't need to run a marathon or do a 2 hour gym workout, especially if you're just starting out. Start slow and work your way into it. Good luck.

I would have to say by exercising and eating what I would like. But we all know that is fantasy world. In order to loose weight you have to eat healthy AND exercise. :( Maybe to maintain your weight you can exercise and eat what ever you would like!

i want it to just fall off -actually i feel great i tend to eat well naturally exercise can be a drag but makes me feel good
