Because most neocons are so arrogant that they never feel that what they are doing is wrong...That is until the people of the U.S. vote them out of office and then it is the liberal leaning press that has done it to them. The neocons will never admit that they are wrong, and hence the system left as it is will only be broken that much longer.

Well they just roll their eyes heavenward and sigh and say that they have just talked to Jesus and he told them to. This has worked for Bush in the past....
Perhaps unwillingness to take personal responsibility for getting us into a war based on lies to the American people plays a part here. We were there for WMD, no wait.....to remove Saddam Hussein, no wait....wasn't it to liberate Iraq? What was it for? I have heard so many excuses that I have lost count. That would be the job of the century to be the CPA that keeps count of Bush's lies.

They are babies.
I bet you get several remarks about William Jefferson's freezer. I've preempted them here, SEE?!!
Republican corruption has been at least 50 times as great, but Republicans keep hammering and hammering at relatively minor Democrat crimes and indiscretions. Democrats think they have made their point, but Republicans go on and on and on for years and years and years. Examples: Gary Studds' 1973 affair, Kennedy's 1968 accident...
I see below where normally semi literate and grammatically careless Republicans are such sticklers for nuance and proper usage. These people are all attack and no substance or honesty.

The word is 'squeamish'; don't forget to use your spell-checker - it'll make you appear to be more intelligent than you really are! ;-))
