There is suffering, Suffering has a cause, there is a release from suffering, the release from, suffering is the 8 fold path.

Right view
Right thought
Right speech

Right action
Right lively-hood
Right effort

Right concentration
Right mindfulness

Now the explanation. The 4 noble truths are fundamental observations of the experience of the world. The Buddha saw there was suffering, that it did indeed have a cause (which was attachment to transient things), that one could end there is attachment and that the end of attachment came from the methods of the 8 fold path.

The 8 fold path consists of three parts: morality (Right speech, right action and right lively-hood) Meditation (Right Mindfulness, right effort and right concentration) and right knowledge (Right view and right thought). If one practices these three parts of their life in accordance with the 8 fold path one may be free of suffering by being released from their attachment to a world that is impermanent.

Dear one, you may do your own homework. I will leave a commentary. To write out a theory of peace is one thing. To bring it to fruition is another. In the same area of the land another person worked very hard at bringing "peace" to sufferers. Mother Teresa.
