Here you will get a helping hand:
Your Embassy in Abu Dhabi. They have something like a charity section.
St. Joseph (catholic) or St. Andrew (protestant) chruch. Talk to the Pastor. Sometimes they will then collect money after service.
Talk to the pharmacy. Sometimes you will get some for free out of humatarian grounds.
Talk to your sponsor. At least your sponsor is responsible for you and your wellbeing. Healthcare should be provided by your sponsor anyway.
