You ask him. If you have reasonable doubt and cant trust them, then you shouldnt be with him in the first place.

if there was only one sure answer to this. It is never a clear cut yes or no unless you actually catch him in the act. A few questions I guess you could ask yourself.
Does he go away for periods of time and not tell you were he has been? Does he act all guilty when you ask where he's been? Does he drop a date with no explanation? Does he ever smell like a perfume that you don't wear?
You have to go with your instincts from he use to act like and what he is acting like now. Relationship without trust and honesty can never work. If you are close enough just tell him about your concerns and give him a chance to explain maybe what is making you worry had a legitimate reason that will ease your mind.
I don't suggest following him or going into his mail or phone just because if he isn't you have invaded his property and now he can't trust you.

If you have to ask, you probably won't hear what you want to hear.
The problem is this: if he is cheating and denies it, are you going to believe him? If he is cheating and admits it, what do you do next? If he isn't cheating and says so, are you going to believe him?
You can't "tell" if he's cheating unless you catch him in the act. If wondering is eating you up, you're going to have to have a serious talk with yourself about why that is.
No clear, happy answer here, I'm afraid, but take a moment to think clearly about why you're wondering, and what you ought to do next.

the signs are not always obvious.. so try letting him know verbally how that would make you feel,watch his reaction . even that may not tell you everything..there is no positive way to tell if the guy is a good liar or feels no regret.. the only real thing you can do is to watch him ,be aware of the things he says about the topic. how he reacts to other men who do the same thing...and remember .. you can end the thing anytime you so choose. you don't even have to tell him why..just say it's not working for you....good luck

its usually a gut instinct if you feel it it is probably happening also his attitude towards you will change he will be less interested in you also

go with your instincts... ask him... if you can't trust him, you need to leave him because no relationship will last without honesty.
