I want to print a still from a DVD I own. How do I capture a movie frame and place it in another document, such as Word.

You'll need a DVD player that can capture stills - there's one here if you haven't already got one http://www.avsmedia.com/DVDPlayer/. Once you've got your still you can insert it via Insert / Picture

Play the DVD on your computer
Pause it when you get to the shot you want
Do a Print Screen (press the PrntScrn button)
Go in Word and do a "paste" and it will put a picture of our screen into the Word document
(If you need to edit the picture, go into Paint or another graphic program and paste the picture in it. Edit, and then copy into Word).
