how can I get a reliable business partner from outside my country?

I am a small retailer dealing with beauties and cosmetic.I would like to get somebody who who can be supplying me with items.my work will be to sell at a profit for him.

Where exactly would you like to sell them ?

I am mexican. So maybe if get in touch with OCC.COM.MX you may publish and ad. on their website and search for candidates.

Or maybe if you have an advertisment at a pretigious newspaper as Reforma... www.reforma.com.mx
