I was a nanny for a little boy from 7 months to when he was 4. His mother was a peadeatrition and I absolutly loved their family. At that time I was in my late teens and early 20's. At Christmas time she would give me a Christmas bonus. I loved it! It was just nicely placed in a Christmas card and I knew I really meant a lot to her. I could put the money in savings or I could spend it on myself. It was wonderful.

When a very dedicated nanny left our home, I wrote her a poem and printed it on some nice stationery. She already had lots of pictures of the kids that she took with her own camera.
You could write a poem or if you're not poetic, write her a letter stating how wonderful she's been over the years. If your children are old enough, get them to help. If they are in gradeschool or older, they can write their own letters. Make her a photo album of your children and put the letter(s) in one of the pages.

Concert tickets, with or without dinner arrangements pre-paid. If you have money and she really does have everything, give her a plane ticket to a relative's for a long weekend. Try to give something that is TIME as that is the precious gift she has given your children and family all these years.

A day in a spa, I purchased one for $125.00, but the packages com way cheaper depending on what services you buy. Youcould simply buy one for a massage and a facial, or a pedicure and manicure whatever, check your local spas for package prices, trust me, if she has material items, she will enjoy a day of pampering.

a cute pictures of the kids.
Let the kids decorate the frame.
Maybe a ceramic or clay frame they make at one of these clay creations shops where they help you make and paint it.
a gift card is always nice too.
