I booked tickets to see Little Britain Live for Sat Dec 9th back in April, after waiting nearly 8 months and with 5 days til the show(still not received tickets),the ticket company called to say I was no longer front row but 3 blocks back!!I wouldn't have booked the tickets if I knew i was gonna be that far back,so I didn't go. I have sent a complaint to the ticket co but there must be something else I can do,I was really gutted about it!

If you recieved any emails, reciepts, or credit card bills save them. Also, just keep bugging the customer service department and eventually they will get back to you if nothing else than to make the problem go away. Save everything in case you need to present it later for a refund or in worst case you need to threaten legal action. Just keep at it and don´t take no for an answer from them.

I'm sure if you call the ticket company and seriously b*tch about it, making sure you inform them you will not return for business and that you will tell all your friends stating that you want a refund, you probably won't get a refund, but you'll at least get a discount or free tickets to another show.
More or less it's the only thing you can do. They're not guranteed. Unless there is a price difference between the seats you wanted and the seats you got. In which case you're only entitled a refund for the difference.
Next time, don't wait 'til you're so close to the show to find out wha'ts going on with your tickets.

Get better taste in comedy and go see people with talent. The company did you a favour and as for not using or selling your ticket then you're just a bitter loser, some other simpleton would've loved to have bought that ticket off you.
Grow up.

I'd complain to the venue not the ticket agent.
You should've still gone as you could say that the fact you were 3 blocks back ruined your enjoyment, as you didn't go you can't now say that.

Go and see your Citizen's Advice Bureau or solicitor, and report Ticketmaster to the trading standards authority.

File suit against them. There are plenty of attorneys out there who would take that case, I'm sure, but only if you can prove what you allege.

Fairs only something politicians promise you when they want your vote. It doesn't really exist. I doubt there's much you can do.
What about small claims court, if you want a decision?

Was it through Ticketmaster?
If it was, you're screwed. Ticketmaster loves to rip people off.
