Never do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Do what you feel is best for you, even if it means that you not conforming to everybody elses standards. But be prepared to pay the consequences if you make the wrong choices. Sometimes living on the edge can be fun. But know your limits and don't do anything stupid.

Depends on what "it" is that you think is right and what they think is wrong? You could be wrong and if you do it the way you think it could turn out BAD. Or they could be totally wrong and if you did it the way you wanted you could say I told you so. So I can't tell you what to do without knowing what "it" is.

Never compromise your beliefs for someone elses. But never set out to delibrately hurt someone, either. You can never satisfy everyone, and it's best to not even try to.
