Where do you find them?
Just because there parents split up should not mean that Grand parents
Should have to be divorced as well. What dose one do in these days?
I pay my Bills and I have never ever even had a speeding ticket.
But one of the things that hurt me is how my wife feels I can see that lost look in her
And I feel hopeless as in not being able to feel that need for her we have been together
34 years and the grand kids I know they want to spend time here. They like the farm

Charlie my boy...here's the problem. In most states (if not all in fact), grandparents have no rights when it comes to custody and children. If one half wants to keep those grand kids from you..they can. There isn't a single thing you can do about it except pray and hope that the kids will grow up and return to make you a part of their lives before you and the wife die.
i am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. As a grandparent myself I can empathize.

Contact an attorney and get some advice on the situation. The parents are basically the ones with all the rights, but the one's that pay are the baby's. trust me I have gone thru this. Luckily I was able to retain some visitation and I get to see him once a month now rather than every weekend.

You can go to court and ask for visitation. most courts will allow that. In order to try for custody you will need to prove the parent/s unfit.

Invite them to your place in Cristmas. Let them feel imortant and loved. Dont think about their rights. Just think you are making an old couple happy.
