I would say One World Order oh there is order especially with all of the conspiracies going on with all the different governments. Such as Russia helping out Venezuela by giving them weapons which was earlier this year, or that summit conference that happened in Cuba earlier this year, or 9/11, or this idiotic war on terror that no one is going to win, I even heard that Princess Diana's phone lines were being wire tapped when she was alive. Whats really going on??? Just watch the news carefully and you will notice things.

Order. Because when order breaks down the human species seems to go through some sort of reverse evolution (eg Iraq, Somalia etc)

It require an immense totalitarian or dictatorship to rule earth as a whole. This would inherently make it a despotism that would rule most areas through fear/torture and death.
