If you are SURE of what you saw and there couldn't be an innocent explanation then you must do what you would want her to do if your positions were reversed - I'd rather know than be made a fool of - would she?

you should tell her because you may never know if he has already slept with the woman and he can give his wife a std tell her to go get tested and tell her to ask him about it if he denies it he's cheating on her tell her to ask him what he's doing with a woman in the first place besides his wife because it isn't right for him to be breaking his vows in the first place

first be sure hes cheating. was it just friendly chatting or kissing and touching. if you are sure he's cheating, take her out to eat, prepare her for bad news, and then gently tell her the truth. then be there for her when she needs your support to get through this tough time.

i don't like to medle but a best friend, i probably would. It would either kill your friendship if it wasn't a actual affair or it would strengthen if it was true.
