I have tv and fm radio on my computer!
You can prob pick one up for about $20 all together including shipping on ebay

it is easy make sure your comp is off unplugged open the case find an empty pci slot and push the tv/radio card in firmly -
install software and presto tv n radio

Buy a TV Tuner Card and Attach it to ur Computer.
Now u can Listen o Radio without Connecting to Internet.
U can also Record the Songs and Can also Capture the Picures and REcord Movies/Videos Also.

You can listen 2 the radio WITH the internet but u need to pay some dollars for that too, i think radio is cheaper and better than that.

No. The only thing (music orientated) you could listen to without an internet connection is the music you've already downloaded. That'd be like watching cable without having a connection. Where would you get the signal from?

Why in the world would you want to do that?!!!
Just get a $5 receiver or something, or $25 boombox and put it on your table next to the computer.
I'm sure there is a way to get the radio signal to your computer but it will be very costly and not worth it.

Yeah if you have a TV tuner card you can but you probably need an antenna anyway. By the way it may be cheaper to buy a Radio than TV tuner. But depends on your choice

Yeah, I am able to because I bought a tv tuner card and it came with a radio tuner also. You would have to have a separate peice of hardware like that to pick up the signals.

U can listen to FM for that u have to spend $1.00 get one fm and connect its speaker out to pc line in. That's it ur done.

that is not possible as internet radio MUST have an internet connection.
