Underwear, socks, gloves, etc. What are his interest. What does he like to do. If he is a sentimental type, you could collect old pictures or a picture of you or you and your sibling and have it framed real nice. Does he collect anything? (besides dust LOL). Is there anything that he needs? My father is hard to buy for too. He's 83. Good luck.
