how long does it take for two cobs of cooked corn to pass throuhg your stomach? because i hear it doesnt get digested, so how long does it stay in the stomach before passing on into the smal intestine?

(not the whole cob, but the kernels off the cob.)

In general, corn kernels pass very quickly through our digestive system. It can take as little as a few hours, assuming the rest of the system isn't clogged up with some other meal.

However, the human appendix actually captures and can even reassemble corn kernels, as well as pieces of diced carrot. The appendix will hang onto those pieces, sometimes for years, just waiting for one night when you have had too much tequila, and then it sends it back out.

That's how you can puke up bits of corn and diced carrot, even when you haven't eaten either food item for years. I've heard anecdotal evidence of appendix reassembled hot dog parts as well, but I think those are probably more attributable to unremembered questionable food purchases while under the influence of tequila, rather than appendix reassemblage. It's easy to believe a drunk person ate and forgot about the hot dog, but carrots and corn are not usual drunk foods, nor available at 7-11 or roadside carts at 2 am.
