Well that's easy, obviously you have "Blackfoot Indian" in your blood. Over the last 25 or so years people have been noticing this. It was investigated and the cause was found to be that sometimes it lies dormant for generations then suddenly it appears. So good luck with your new found heritage.

basically the tar substance is dead skin and sock fuzz. Just like what you get under your fingernails when you scratch your skin. it's all good just use the file from the clipper and dig it out!!
