Its because we work just as hard as some men do, if not harder. If men could switch places with women, they couldnt last 10 sec. Especially when it comes to bearing children...You men wouldnt be here if it wasnt for women. When do we ever get a thank you for that? What do you think, you were found under a rock or something? Men dont give women the credit they deserve. Just because men and women have different physical features, they both have the same abilities. Just have to put your mind to it and be the better person.

Awards just collect dust anyway how about all the men who worked so hard to achieve financial stability and a clever woman comes along and get half or more,behind every great man is a even more clever woman . Yes we are smarter and more cunning she who wins is the one with the least morals.

You are absolutely right for the wrong reasons. I also think women should be treated with equality, especially in the workplace. Don't just play with the one nipple, pay attention to the other one as well. Also, she has other areas that need a gentleman's touch, in whatever way he sees fit. I see equal opportunity as man's grand opportunity to go to work with a smile..
