With everything Bush has done, kill thusands of troops for his own glory, ignoring thousands more after the Katrina hurricane, illegal wiretaping, lying about mission accomplish, ignoring the failures in Irag, torture, etc. Shouldn't Bush be put to death row or at least life in prison?

it depends on what "is" is.

what got clinton was obstruction of justice, which is illegal. for bush to get impeached he needs to have broken the law, this is difficult because bush is basically interpreting law to suit his needs. although interpretation of the law is the job of the supreme court.

anyhow consider this. if bush were impeached and then removed from office who would replace him? cheney. now i'm no fan of bush, but he is definitely better than cheney.

bush is kinda like darth vader, bad, but underneath it all he has good intentions. cheney is kinda like the emperor, pure evil. or, actually, rove is more like the emperor, so cheney would be admiral tarkin. bad, but also not the brains behind the operation.

do these analogies make me sound like a nerd?

I'd suggest you take a course in formal logic. I'm not happy about the way things have gone in Iraq, the response to Katrina, etc., either, but I don't think you're doing yourself any favors with illogical rants.
1. President Bush hasn't killed anyone. He ordered troops into harm's way as Commander in Chief. Inevitably in military operations there are casualties. You may suspect but cannot assign his motives.
2. I headed south after Katrina. I'm still here. The response has, as usual, been overly bureaucratic, but the worst of it initially was local failures, and FEMA is, after all, a federal agency working the way federal agencies do. The president could have directed things better, but much of the structure and aggravation is inherently unwieldy and not fully under his control.
3. The legality of electronic surveillance is still, I think, under judicial review, but every executive butts heads with the judiciary in this sort of matter.
4. "Mission accomplished" was about the ouster of the Hussein regime, and accurate.
5. Ignoring operative difficulties in Iraq also is a projection. Being less responsive than he should have been is a more apt and appropriate value judgment.

First of all, get your facts straight. Clinton was impeached for committing perjury before a grand jury. And last I checked, he remained in office. Princess Di's phone was tapped illegally also while Slick Willy was in office (but according to you, it's a bad thing to tap terrorists phones). The first attempt to blow up the WTC also happened under his watch, yet he did nothing. Key in your analogy is that other than impeachment, nothing happened to Clinton. He's still making over $200k per speech. Ergo, nothing should happen to President Bush.

Only if he lied about it under oath to a Grand Jury, and then all he would get was impeached.

Out of all of the bad things that Bush has done, he has of yet to commit an actual crime. Clinton did commit a crime by lying under oath to the Grand Jury - that's perjury and that is why he was impeached.

And I say this as a committed Democrat.

Clinton was impeached for lying under oath! Bush has not had any charges filed against him. I believe the Democratic Congress will try to though. They will waste a few years and millions of tax dollars. When they do finally charge him, I want every member of Congress who voted for war brought up on charges also. Dereliction of duty, If Bush is guilty of war crimes, so is the congress! They should be brought up on treason charges for the BS they pull every day!

You fail to realize that Clinton committed perjury )LYING UNDER OATH). Furthermore, what you say about Bush is YOUR slant on the situation. If Bush has committed crimes, then, yes, justice should be served. He has not, as far as I have seen, committed any crimes. You seem to be misinformed...
