I hope that it will not have to come to that, but if they continue on the path of the last six years it may yet become necessary.
By the way nice cut & paste from my last post.
Hey thx.
If you like gun control, thank Hitler.
Hitler came up with gun control to eliminate the posibility of revolt so that he could slaughter millions.

Well, Abraham Lincoln didn't live in today's world did he? Things are a bit more sticky and complicated these days. Just what would you like to replace the democratic republic we now have? If you are simply talking about removing a President, there are provisions for that process, there is no need for a revolution. I've got to say if you think this is a mess you should have been around for Vietnam. Riots and marches in the streets, a country even more divided than it is now, idiots gathering to spit and throw things on the soldiers as they came home from that nightmare, calling them all baby-killers and murderers. It started in 1959 and continued to 1975, with a total of 58,000 dead Americans. I'm not saying 3,000 so far in Iraq is just fine and dandy, but let's try and put things in perspective. People were so angry and this country was so divided that if a revolution didn't take place then, it certainly isn't going to now. We've got enough problems without overthrowing our government and sending this country into further turmoil. Our democratic republic will continue to serve us well, just as long as we continue to follow the guidelines for change that it affords us. BTW, the second amendment is the right to bear arms, not the right to overthrow our government.

a million) First time table will be to get rid of conservative talk radio 2) 2d will be to get rid of conservative television 3) the own police stress he's talking about appears like Hitler's secret look after. 4) Then he will get rid of all of our guns. 5) certain, he will be teflon lined because of race. If absolutely everyone dares to disagree with some thing, they're going to be categorized a racist. there'll be 4 years of not some thing yet talk of race. this is going to likely be the reason or the excuse for everyting. 6) Reparations will be a truth.

Wow, you are showing your horns. Maybe you should be quiet now and go sit in the corner. I think the other Dems would really appreciate it, since you showed your complete stupidity. Don't quote a past President if your going to get the intent of what they said wrong.
Edit: Elway and Richard those were extremely wonderful points. And Richard I wholeheartedly agree that the Congress and the Senate should be limited to two terms also.

first off making an attempt to over throw the government will only lead to your own demise, and second just try walking into any government building with any fire arm and you could pretty much kiss your freedom good by, and yes this is a free country but without law or limitation to your freedom you really wouldn't be safe now would you?
just think about what your trying to say here.
And yes we should be able to exercise our 2nd amendment right if fit to do so and within the set guidelines

One person a country is not made. Congress limited the President to two terms, should they not also be limited . Many of the challenges we face today come from persons being elected to Congress and being there for so long that they have lost contact with the people. The President was limited because it was feared that the person holding the position would be like a king. The kings of Congress should be replaced every two terms also.

Thought liberals were against violence. At any rate he'll be gone in two years it would take that long to get organized. Also, if you do that history shows that the other side will do the same thing just to make things even. So unless you want to live in a constant state of war in your own country I would say leave it for the voting polls.

If necessary, then yeah, that's what it's there for. But do you really think you could change things for the better right now? There's no magical solution for the problems our country is facing now. You can't blame it on any one person, and a revolution now certainly wouldn't help.

It would be a suicide mission. It's hard to knock out a corrupt Government with your trusty 12 gauge. When they are launching Thermonuclear bombs at you.
I seriously believe the Government would Nuke the Citizens before they would back off from their last pay raise.
