I'm deaf myself and I use sign lanuage to not just only to themselves also to others as well with speaking. I can talk and sign at the same time as long as I don't use ASL (American Sign Lanuage). I grow up in hearing family who know very little signs.

God bless

Only if you talk out loud to yourself.
Deaf people communicate in the same language as people who can hear. The words are the same though they may be formed a little differently in their heads.
Sign language, like spoken english is a means of communicating concepts between people. English or any other language is a means of expressing concepts, identifying objects etc. If is it is not shared with somebody else, then they are the same for each person whether the person can hear or not.

there are many kinds of deaf people
the selectively deaf who choose pretend not to hear
the born deaf they got it bad have no idea about sounds
the hearing loss people, here i can say we once could hear
we have created is woven networks of other communication
like this one here to do the work for telephones and speech fail to qualify in to a connection, all most telepathic, because we can't hear , we wait to c what people will do, what they say and what they do is always a mystery, once we were afraid that being this way would somehow leave us out of the real world, so we looked for the wisdom of all mankind to justify our missing link, was there a gap, nope! the behavioral sciences left no stone unturned they had driven modern man mad and was selling his safety to the highest war mongers for bargaining, each year our best and proudest Americans have to get to kill for the government because they can hear well and pass a test, the deaf can't ever get a piece of revenge because we can't qualify for service in the military, but just the same we do sign when were cut off on the highway, love this stuff

Yes they do, they also sign in their sleep. (Not all, just like not all hearing people talk to themselfs, or talk in their sleep). I work with deaf kids, I watched some sign when no one eles was in the room with them, I found myself finger spelling a few times myself!!

Deaf individuals can think in their head (talk to themselves without actually signing) They can sign to themself as a hearing person would mutter to themself. In a "normal" dream (not one of those weird dreams that you cant explain later) other individuals would be signing.

Do hearing people talk to themselves? Get my point.

Birdotoxman, you are an idiot. Being ***hole is a true disability in life, and it's just that they don't pass out the handicapped license for it.

I have a number of deaf pals sick ought to ask in the journey that they truly bodily signal.
