Can you dye a ocean blue to white?

I need to know if I can dye an ocean blue colored dress to white?
Ocean blue, little bit lighter then a RC soda can.

you probably can but you may need to bring it to a profesionl. you can always try yourself. hope it goes good

yes you can dye it white
