I had an emotionally exhausting day on Saturday. On Sunday, I woke up with pain in my right forearm (probably related to computer use). I haven't had this kind of pain before. Is it possible that stress caused my pain to flare up the next day?

The brain processes the information and if it is not resolved it can and often does create a pain to remind you to deal/cope with the situation. Pain is the body's number one way of telling you that something is wrong and needs to be fixed. Stress when suppressed manifests it self into physical pain (body aches, headaches, eye pain etc.) the psychosocial stress results in the abject manifestation of the physical ailment. I hope that helps you.

Yes I think so...I sometimes get sore for no reason like today for instance I have no idea why, however it can be stress related for sure even if it's you in your mind stressed it will physically make you hurt.
