My 18-month old daughter has a breast enlargement since she was born, and we have notice a brown line below umbilicus (navel). We are very worried.

Do you breast feed her? If so it could be your homornes effecting her. I had a similar problem with my daughter when i was nursing her. She needs to be examined and bring it to the doctor's attention. She needs a blood panel run on her.

It is completely normal my middle daughter had had the same problem it is caused from female hormones transferred from mom to baby during delivery(and can even accur in baby boys) and will vanish after time Still let your peditrican know at your next visit but you have nothing to worry about My daughter had the enlargement till 2 years old

It is normal for there to be breast enlargement at birth, as baby gets a hefty whack of your hormones throughout pregnancy, and especially in labour. I've not heard of it lasting though, and would see your GP for some reassurance.

That having been said, all babies are different and as long as she is feeding and developing normally it is most likely nothing to worry about

What does your doctor say about it? It could just be an influx of hormones she got in the womb. I would speak to your ped about it.
