Damn that sucks. I've been in a similar situation because my sex drive is way higher than my girlfriends (it use to be around the same) but when she had to start taking a certain type of medication it decreased. But we've never gone months. I think i would die! Sumtimes i take it personally when it seems like im horny all the time & she's only horny maybe once every two wks. But i have to remember that a relationshp isnt all about sex. In your case though, it seems like u guys are using sex to get back at one another, or to be vindictive, & that's not right. She needs to be considerate of your needs & u have to get over your whole *** u attitude. Because if that's how u really feel, then yall dont need to be together!!

Thats the normal path for all relationships. You do it a lot in the beginning and then its lingers down. You can talk to her and tell her how you feel. This exact problem I have had, too. I think I could have sex every day, probably twice. My gf? Not so much. Just different sex drives. It is hard to deal with. But when we do have sex it is is so good! And maybe that could be partially because I had to wait? Something to think about.

I was in a similar situation before.... She seemed to have no appetite, while I did. After a while, I got into the same cycle youre facing....interested in sex, but not willing to beg for it... It eventually led to me cheating and us breaking up...
Part of the problem is that women dont understand that men need to "feel sexy" and feel as if they are wanted as well. Often, women come under the impression that it is the man's job to initiate sex - that was my problem. For her, initiating sex was opening her legs and asking me "You feel like IT?" You think I could get away with wagging my d*ck in her face and asking if she felt like it??
As for why you are lacking sexual thoughts about her, it may be because you are in the same situation - wanting to feel like a man again, wanting to feel as if a woman is attracted and WANTS you - not just going through the same motions over and over again with the girlfriend...
You have a few choices. You can a) pay for it, b) cheat on her or c) make her understand how you feel and hope the situation improves.
I chose b) - it didnt work out for the best. If I could have done it over again, Id choose c).
Good luck bud.

I think that it is normal because some times you get tired of the same old thing all the time, you want to have man appreciate you for more than just sex.

Six years!!? Why havent you married her? Maybe she one of those girls who thinks she'll look slutty if she asks for it. And yes when you havent done it for a long while its really good when you finally do.Look sex for the man is supposed to be your expression of your love for her. Women are trained to keep their mind on other things than sex so they dont look like a slut or wind up pregnant with out a husband ( Big disaster). Heres whats going to happen you are going to move on cause shes not asking for it . Shes going to move on because its been long enough for you to make up your mind that shes the one and you want to marry her.

What kind of reasoning is that "*** u i an't going to beg for it". Now that speaks a lot about what you feel for her. Maybe it's time you start seeing somebody else.

Because sometimes our sex drives just go into dormancy especially if we have been into the relationship for long...
But you still love her right?
That should be all that matters...
