It depends on the state. Some states are online with that, but MOST are not. It'd be awesome if you could....You might be able to get the info from the DMV and pay like, 5$ and fill out a card, but I'm not sure if they still allow that.

Try www.zabasearch.com and see what comes up under the DBSD's name.

No. But the cops can do it. So if you know a cop who's willing to bend the rules....

Also - there's a site called zabasearch.com and I think the info comes from the IRS - - so if he's worked - you can look him up. If he has an uncommon name - and you know his year of birth - it will be easier. Good luck.

In the US, only if you have access to the right sites, i.e. you have some kind of authority. Not just everyone can.

If you find it - report to BMV - it is illegal to give that kind of info away, and can be very dangerous!
