what would i do if i got pregnant? should i tell my mom?

I told my mom right away when I got pregnant... of course I was 20 and had been living on my own for 4 years already so it wasn't too big of a decision for me. If you live with her, I think that you definitely should, just out of respect for her and her home. If you're afraid that you may be forced to abort... don't worry, once you are pregnant you are automatically emancipated until you have the child if you are under 18. If you are so worried, if you're not pregnant already, you should go and get on birth control so that you can avoid the situation in its entirety.

yes you should tell your mom. and you should be using protection. having a baby is the least of your worries you could get an std. be careful. you should also talk to your mom about going on birth control. if you are pregnant. tell her now make sure your insurance will cover it if not try for medicaid. you should also be taking a prenatal vitamin if you are. you can buy those at the drug store and walmart has some too. Whether you tell her or not, it will be readily apparent about a 1/3 of the way into the pregnancy. Unless you run down to Planned Infanticide and get an abortion.

You should go to the Dr. ASAP and get care. And yes you should tell your mom. She maybe upset, but she will probably get over that pretty quickly. Good luck.

It really all depends. How old are you? Are you married? Do you still live with your parents? How do you think they'd react? Would you plan on keeping the baby?

yeah you should tell your mom, but if i was pregnant i would tell my sister and run away to oklahoma

you would pretty much have to cuz you'd have no choice. you cant hide a baby from your parents cuz most would be supportive if they knew they were grandparents. i hope you make the right decision. =]
