I would suggest a tight fitting sweater dress with a big belt to match, throw on some boots and some fishnet stockings and you're be HOT!!!

go for icy winter colors such as silver or a light, frosty blue. Or, go for classic and elegant such as black and white. Silk or satin will be a perfect fabric.
