Generally if you know a specific whereabouts of someone, (County, State) you can go online to that counties clerk of courts website and search tickets, civil claims and sometimes Criminal Records. US Search gives a standard City and age to what name and state you put in. You can go foward from thier. And it's free for the standard search.
