I think this is probably perfectly normal, but to be on the safe side and to put your mind at ease, call your doctor. The baby is growing, and the bigger he/she gets, the less amount of space the baby will have to move. I have heard that the movements decrease towards the end of the third trimester because the baby doesn't have much room to move now.
I am 31 weeks pregnant, and some days my baby moves more than others. Some days, she hardly moves at all. This being my first pregnancy, I tend to call my OB/GYN for peace of mind when I feel the need too. So, go ahead and call your doctor for that peace of mind because it will make you feel much better.
Best of luck to you and your baby, and btw.. congratulations!! :)

Call Doctor, hell probably want to check the baby and than he may start having you do kick counts. I believe its suppoesd to be like ten a hour. The bigger the baby gets the more wriggling and squirming your gonna feel instead of the kicks you were used to. But always remember to go to the Doctor or call tham and ask questions, never depend on anyone else to give yuo answers that are so important.

its possible that he dropped and is getting ready to be born!as long as you feel movement then theres nothing to worry about!do you feel like hes down real low?if so thats probably what it is!you can safely have your baby anytime after 36 weeks!but call the doc if you dont feel him move at all for a while!congrats

sometimes they dont want to move. But now that your 36 weeks, your dr appts come every week. So call them to let them know you havent felt anything. But I think your ok if the baby has little movement.

If you are really worried call your doctor. I am 38 weeks and my baby does not move like she did before. It is because he/she is running out of room. Just call the doctor and let them know. They might want to do a sono to make sure everything is ok.

call your doctor... but it is most likely just because babies are not usually very active before labor. They need to rest up for the big day! And the bigger they get, the less they can move....there isn't a lot of room left for them.
Both of my boys were very calm the few weeks before labor.

If your worried i would go to the hospital and get checked out. It may because there isnt much room for baby to move around but its better to put your mind to rest and see a dr. Hope everything is ok x

first call your doctor, drink some (sweet) juice, lay down and relax.
start to count the movements, so when the doctor calls you can tell him this info.
at 36 weeks your little guy is out of room so you may be less aware of his many movements.

just remember that one reason may be because he lacks room!! every week hes sucking up all that space and hes in a tight predicament so dont be alarmed. hes probably prepping for his arrival so unless hes not moving at all or ure really really worried then call ure dr. they can check the heartbeat to make sure ure little guy is ok. ITS ALMOST OVER COGNRATS!

Baby's move less toward the end of a pregnancy due to space issues. You may also be getting close to delivering.
