no, whats the betting julias in some bleeding heart care in the community programme, where the government sets her up in a nice little flat somewhere, furnishes it, clothes her, feeds her, doles out cash to her, gives her access to the internet, and sends some jumped up office worker posing as a social worker, round to check on her once a week.
all because strapping her into a chair in a straitjacket for 23 hrs a day (which is where she should be) is against her human rights.
