Give people a week calender with each half hour blocked off. Have them record what they do for a week. Then have a meeting and break them off into groups to analyze and compare their schedules. Have the point out wasted time areas, and ways to improve their schedules. Also give them senarios where they have to rank which priority is the most important and what order they would do the events.
