I have often seen people taking out the outdated magazines that you see at the checkout stands, and replacing them with the newest one. How do I find a job like that?

From my experience it will either be the magazine publisher or the distributor. Publishers often have merchandising staff who go around the sales points re-stocking and ensuring the magazines are on display. Most publishers also appoint a distribution company to get the actual magazines into the stores in the first place, and they would be the ones replacing old for new copies.
I hope that helps.

Distribution companies that sell the mags to the stores.Look online for the ones closet to you or ask someone the next time you see them. Or you could talk to the store manager.
