For a regular triangle, all the side and all the angles being equal, the centroid, the circumcentre and the incentre are all coincident. Hence the inradius = circumradius = 2/3 of the length of the median.
Now, in this case, the side bisected by the median subtends a right angle with the median. Therefore, the length of the median becomes rt3 / 2 * the side of the triangle.
Hence the radius becomes 1/rt3 times the side of the triangle.
Hence the required answer is 1/rt3 * 30 = 10 sq rt 3

Erm... I have never heard of a triangle having a radius. Only circles have radius. Correct me if I'm wrong.
