Depends on the man or woman. Not all men are bad and not all women are good, so one can never be better than the other except instance by instance and there are too many instances in this world to talley the score.

I would love to say women.. lol cause I am one... but really... one cannot be better without the other... for instance... there wouldnt be women if it wasnt for man... there wouldnt be man... if it wasnt for the women...
